Our organic farmhouse Agriturismo Costa Etrusca<\/b> is part of the Eco Resort Costa Etrusca.<\/span><\/p>

In the heart of this farm<\/b>, we cultivate nine hectares of land, guided by a single philosophy: deep respect for nature and the well-being of our animals, completely banning the use of pesticides.<\/span><\/p>

Our soul is closely tied to our olive trees<\/b>, from which we produce an organic extra virgin olive oil. But our land offers much more: from the fruit trees<\/b> come handmade jams and marmalades, while the gardens releases the fragrances of aromatic herbs and lavender. Even the eggs, collected daily on the farm, take center stage in our breakfasts and restaurant dishes.<\/span><\/p>

For your holiday, we offer peaceful corners<\/b> designed for total relaxation: six charming mobile homes nestled in the greenery of The Islands Field<\/b> and the Bellavista apartment, a spacious three-room apartment in the enchanting House of Flavors.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

This is how extra virgin olive oil is called, the Yellow Gold of the Mediterranean<\/strong>.<\/p>

There are many varieties<\/strong> of olive trees, depending on the region or production area.
Moraiolo<\/strong><\/em>, Frantoio<\/strong><\/em>, Leccino<\/strong> and<\/strong><\/em> Pendolino<\/strong><\/em> plants grow on the Costa Etrusca farm.
The result is an organic oil with an intense and delicate flavor at the same time, fruity and with a very low acidity.
As soon as it is pressed it has a slightly bitter and spicy flavour.<\/p>

The harvest takes place in September<\/strong>, when the olives are still green and preserve all their aroma.<\/p>

Is there anything sweeter, more inviting and satisfying than fruit<\/strong> that you can pick and eat?
The fruit that colors the breakfast buffet and is transformed into delicious jams<\/strong> ripens on the trees, in the warm Tuscan sun<\/strong>, caressed by a wind that has the flavor of the sea. The jams decorate breakfast cakes and evening desserts and accompany savory dishes as pecorino cheese. They are also dressed up in their jars to be given as gifts or taken home.
And aromatic plants? Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Laurel<\/strong>… How many colours, aromas, shapes… Once again a generous Nature, a rich land, a bold sun and expert hands make it perfumers for wardrobes, aromas for roasts, spices for soups and cheese. The privilege of experiencing the countryside also means this, being able to enjoy the finished product by seeing where and how it grows.<\/p>
